Real Estate One Family of Companies held its annual convention on February 12th and 13th welcoming over 1,000 real estate agents and employees to Detroit’s Motor City Casino and Luxury Hotel to learn, collaborate, network and celebrate. The event brought together our entire family of brokerages and affiliates: Real Estate One, Max Broock, Reinhart Realtors, Preferred, Realtors, Ltd, Remerica, MBA Realty, John Adams Mortgage, Total Home Lending, Insurance One, Capital Title, Michigan Title, Rental Management One, Relocation America and Househop.
Themed GR!T, the convention showcased the Family of Companies’ Growth, Resilience, Initiative, and Tenacity. The Michigan-based brokerage’s largest event of the year featured two days of informational seminars, engaging presentations, motivational speakers, and awards celebrations. Co-presidents Dan Elsea, President of Brokerage Services, and Stuart Elsea, President of Financial Services, kicked off the event. They were followed by presentations from Ben Whiting, speaker and founder of Creating a Limitless Culture as well as Tom Ferry and Emily Terrell with Tom Ferry International.
The convention featured exhibits and demonstrations from third-party vendors and Real Estate One Family of Companies in-house agent-support teams. Agents also got a first look at new additions to the brokerage’s custom Canva website, a DIY shop for customizable marketing materials for agents.
“Our Convention gives our agents a way to connect and build valuable relationships with their local colleagues, with the opportunity to learn from industry thought leaders, all while celebrating their accomplishments,” said Stuart Elsea. Dan Elsea added “This is my favorite event of the year, and I think this convention was our best one yet!”
