Since first participating in 2011, we have been ranked in the Top Ten. The Top Workplaces confidential survey, conducted by Energage, asks agents and employees questions regarding issues related to workplace culture and then ranks them according to the responses.
Common words used by agents and employees used to describe us were: loyal, caring, integrity, supportive, involved, charitable, educational and cooperative. What more could we ask for?
