That’s why we created the Community Heroes Real Estate Incentive Program, a meaningful way to give back to the individuals who dedicate their lives to serving Michigan communities.

The Community Heroes Program was built on the belief that those who dedicate their lives to serving others deserve support and appreciation when it comes time to buy or sell a home.
How the Community Heroes Program Works
When you enroll in the Community Heroes Program and work with a Real Estate One or Max Broock agent, you’ll receive a 20% incentive from the referred side of the commission. It’s our way of saying thank you for everything you do.
Here’s how to get started:
- Enroll in the Program
Complete the Community Heroes contact form before listing your home or looking at homes. - Connect With a Specialist
A Real Estate Specialist will reach out to discuss your needs and match you with a trusted agent. - Work With Confidence
Your assigned agent will guide you through the buying or selling process with the care, expertise, and local knowledge we’re known for. - Receive Your Incentive
Once the transaction closes, you’ll receive a check for 20% of the total referred-side commission as a thank you. A well deserved thank you for your service.

The Fine Print
To ensure transparency, here are a few key guidelines:
- Registration must be completed before listing your home or looking at properties with any Real Estate One or Max Broock agent.
- The program does not apply if your home is currently listed or if you are already working with an agent.
- This program cannot be combined with other rebates, relocation benefits, broker referrals, or affinity programs.
- Rebates are not permitted in all states. In some cases, a gift card or commission credit at closing may be provided instead.
All real estate transactions are negotiable, and additional terms and conditions may apply.
