The Real Estate One Family of Companies is excited to welcome Ted Grossnickle as the new Director of the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation.
Ted joins the Foundation after more than 10 years with Special Olympics Michigan, where he served as Director of Corporate Engagement and Events. During his time with the organization, Ted worked closely with the Real Estate One Family of Companies and became a familiar face to many throughout our organization through our longtime partnership with Special Olympics Michigan.
Over the years, we have had the opportunity to see firsthand Ted’s passion for bringing people together, building meaningful relationships and making a difference in the community. We are thrilled to now bring that experience, energy and dedication to the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation.
Giving back has been an important part of who we are as a family of companies. Through the generosity of our agents, employees and affiliates, the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation supports organizations and causes that strengthen the communities where we live and work. Ted’s familiarity with our people, culture and commitment to service makes him a natural fit to help lead those efforts into the future.
As Director, Ted will help continue to grow the Foundation’s impact, strengthen relationships with community partners and create opportunities for our team members to get involved and give back.
We would also like to recognize Kristen Thompson for her tremendous leadership while serving as Interim Director of the Real Estate One Charitable Foundation. Kristen has played an important role in supporting the Foundation during this transition, and we are grateful for the time and dedication she has given to its continued success.
Ted will officially join the Real Estate One Family of Companies on November 10, 2026.
